About Me

After a lifetime spent doing other things I've been inspired and encouraged by other artists to pursue my painting and drawing.

My Creative Process

I’m inspired by the world around me, from local life and wildlife to the small moments I capture in my pocket sketchbook which travels with me wherever I go. My creative process begins with quick sketches which I develop into original artworks using mainly watercolour but also acrylic, oil pastel, soft pastel and pencil.

Alongside my original pieces, I also create prints and greeting cards so my artwork can be enjoyed in different ways.

Recently I’ve loved sharing my passion for creativity through hosting Paint and Sip parties, which I advertise on my social media. Bringing people together to paint, relax, and have fun has become a joyful extension of my artistic journey.
